Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Adash. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Adash ("Service", "Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Adash is intended for business use only. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

Description of Service

Adash provides an AI-powered business automation platform that enables businesses to automate customer communication via messaging channels including Telegram, and (pending platform approval) WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, and Threads API. The AI agent responds to incoming customer messages, qualifies leads, and notifies the business owner of relevant activity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at support@adash.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • You may not create more than one account per business without our permission

* Unlimited subject to Fair Use Policy. Accounts consistently exceeding 10,000 dialogues/month will be moved to an Enterprise plan.

Overage charges of $0.03 per dialogue apply when the monthly limit is exceeded on Start and Business plans. The agent continues to operate and does not stop at the limit.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in USD and KZT (tenge). The KZT rate is updated quarterly. All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Adash to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive end users
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Violate Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, or Threads Policy
  • Impersonate another business or individual
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business customer communication

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

By connecting a WhatsApp Business account, Instagram account, or Threads account, you confirm that:

Adash is not responsible for suspension or termination of your Meta accounts due to violations of Meta's policies.

Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload (knowledge base documents, business information) and all conversations processed through your account. By using Adash, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

We do not claim ownership of your data, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses and ensuring they comply with your business standards and applicable laws before they are sent to customers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost customers, or damages resulting from AI-generated responses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by applicable law or platform policy.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See also our Data Deletion page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the admin panel or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
